Welcome

We found out we were expecting in August of 2020 and, at 21wks, in December, we found out our little man would be a heart warrior.

This is our journey as we try and navigate the world of our son’s battle with Hypoplastic right heart syndrome and how to survive losing our child at just 20days old.

About Us

We are Ellie and Steve. We live in mid Wales with our six dogs, four guinea pigs, two rats and various race cars!

We are parents of a little boy, born in April 2021. He was diagnosed with Hypoplastic right heart syndrome and we have started this blog to document his fight and our journey of losing him.
